Women-owned, shop small, with love.

A kismet partnership
that blossomed in the town of Mar Vista, CA.
Meet the Women of KNEW:
Daphne Driscoll & Lucy Hodges

Lucy Hodges
Born and raised in Culver City, CA, Lucy Hodges is a California girl with a worldly flair.
From a young age, she developed a keen eye for fashion and design. She earned her Bachelors degree in Business Administration in Chico, Ca.
After graduation, she dove into the fashion industry and quickly worked her way up to become a buyer for a women's contemporary fashion label.
Soon after, her combined love of coffee and CBD led Lucy's strong entrepreneurial spirit to collaborate with her current partner in founding Buddha Beans Coffee Co.
When she isn't hiking the local canyons, at the beach or hanging out with friends/family, Lucy is busy thrifting.
With a knack for scoring the best vintage finds, the idea of launching her own shop became a reality when kismet blessed her with an introduction to Daphne, who has turned out to be her perfect business partner.
Daphne Driscoll
Daphne is a woman with many passions in life. She’s originally from Pittsburgh, PA where she was bit by the vintage bug at a very young age. Her mother, an antique dealer and shop owner, paved the way for Daphne’s love of expression through art, dance, and all things vintage.
Throughout childhood her driving force was dance. She dedicated herself fully to expressing herself through movement by attending Point Park University and received a BA in Dance. After graduating she landed her first gig dancing on Holland America Cruise lines where she would travel the world experiencing different countries and cultures.
In 2013, Daphne moved to Los Angeles with the hopes to continue her dance career and deepen her yoga journey.
Teaching classes at Red Diamond Yoga, is where Daphne first met Lucy. Reintroduced to each other by their same healer several years later, these two just KNEW that they had to make some magic together!
